These Terms of Use (“Terms”) establish the legal framework governing your access to and participation on our platform. Termination and Account Closure

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without advance notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, regulatory non-compliance, or violation of applicable laws. Upon account closure, any remaining balance may be forfeited or returned in accordance with applicable regulations.

Mandatory waiting periods of fourteen days apply to permanent self-exclusion requests
Outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before account closure
Inactive accounts may be subject to dormancy fees after twelve months
Termination does not release you from liability for debts owed to our company
Upon termination, access to all account features and gaming activities ceases immediately
